Who is responsible for this website?
Safix.co.uk provides UK information about Safix coconut fibre scrub pads. UK enquiries and buying enquiries are handled by Save Some Green Ltd (registered company number 06604241). You can contact us at mail@savesomegreen.co.uk or through the Safix contact page.
What information do we collect?
If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address and the contents of your enquiry, together with information needed to answer it. The website’s hosting and security systems may also process ordinary technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to keep the site operating and protect against abuse.
We do not take payments or collect card information on Safix.co.uk. Purchases take place on the separate Save Some Green website, where its own privacy information applies.
Why do we use information?
We use enquiry details to respond to requests and provide product or buying information. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries and operating a secure website, or on steps requested by you before a purchase where applicable. We use optional website analytics only if you consent through our cookie controls.
Contact form and spam protection
The contact form may use an anti-spam service such as hCaptcha when configured. Such services can process technical information to distinguish ordinary submissions from automated misuse. We also use email delivery providers to send and receive enquiries. We will update this notice if the contact form or its anti-spam service changes.
Cookies and analytics
The Safix cookie-consent system stores your choice when optional analytics are configured. Google Analytics 4 is not loaded by our consent plugin before you opt in. If no GA4 measurement ID is configured, it does not load analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Who might receive information?
Information may be processed by companies providing website hosting, website security, spam prevention, email delivery and, where you consent, analytics. These providers process only the information needed for the relevant service. We do not sell customer or visitor information.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with them, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Technical logs have separate operational retention settings. If consent recording is enabled, Safix’s consent plugin keeps anonymous consent records for the period set by the website administrator (24 months by default).
International services
Some hosting, email, anti-spam or analytics providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate legal protections must apply under UK data-protection requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UK data-protection rules, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to some processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email mail@savesomegreen.co.uk.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
